A super delicious vegan plum crumble that is simple, easy to make, 100% dairy-free and cruelty-free! Surprise your family with this crunchy, super tasty dessert!

Preheat oven to 180 C
Combine all fruit ingredients in a bowl – stir to combine until no sign of cornstarch remains and the mixture is homogeneous. Taste for sweet/tangy. Evenly distribute in cooking dish.
Combine all crumble ingredients except dairy-free spread in bowl – mix to combine. Add spread, mix in with hands.
Spread over fruit in a thickness to your preference – don’t feel you need to use all the mixture.
Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and the topping is cooked.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
All ingredients are for 500 grams of fruit – so very easily scale-able. Just adjust the other ingredients depending on what you have on hand at the time.
