Ingredients

White mixture
2 cups (220g) of self raising flour
1 cup (145g) of light brown sugar
1/2 cup (120ml) of vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups (350ml) of almond milk
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Brown mixture
2 cups (220g) of self raising flour

4 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup (120ml) of vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups (350ml) of almond milk
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

Steps

Step 1
Combine the ingredients of both parts of the cake in separate bowls.
Step 2
Grease and sprinkle flour on a tube pan.
Step 3
Pour the white mixture first followed by the brown and bake it on a pre-heated oven at 150c for 35 minutes.
