A super simple vegan strawberry sorbet that only needs 3 ingredients and a few simple steps to be ready! A super delicious and refreshing sorbet that is perfect for a warm summer day!

Hull the strawberries. Place in a blender with the lemon juice and process to a smooth pulp. Alternatively, mash the strawberries and lemon juice with a fork.
Pour the pulp into a bowl through a fine sieve, to remove the seeds. Add the maple syrup and whisk to combine. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes then pour into an ice cream maker (or food processor) and churn. Once it is starting to set, tip the sorbet into a freezer proof container. Cover the container with a lid and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Remove the sorbet from the freezer and leave to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
