Awesome! Simple to make and very tasty. It was also a good way to use an apple that was still good, but a little past prime eating shape. Next time, I have to remember that the recipe calls for a TEASPOON of pepper, not tablespoon. 🙂 Even with too much pepper, though, it was still great!
