A homemade basil pesto is so much more tasty than any pesto you can buy in the supermarket. Here’s our own recipe for a delicious basil pesto. We normally use it as topping on a Vegan Potato & Leeks Soup. Take it away!

Note: Some people blend their pesto, which you can do, if you really running out of time, but just be aware, that the taste becomes very different, because you don’t get all these nice crunchy pieces of pine seeds, so we always prefer to chop it up with a knife.Add to Yummly: Yum
